What types of boats and RIBs do you offer?

We offer a variety of vessels, including power boats,RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats), and luxury catamarans. Each ship is designed for different group sizes and purposes—ask us for recommendations based on your trip plans and number of passengers.

We will discuss the forecast with you in advance and work on the best solution, whether a change of date or a full refund, depending on the situation. Bad weather is only a refundable day if we decide to not allow the boats to go out. If you decide the weather is too bad to go but we say its fine, you may try to change the date but we don't give refund if you think the weather is bad.

How do I reserve a boat, and what is your cancellation policy?

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. Our cancellation policy may offer a full or partial refund if you cancel within a certain timeframe. Please see our terms and conditions or contact us for details on the specific policy. The security deposit is for damage to the boats. What travel documents or identification do I need?

Travelers between the BVI and USVI typically need a valid passport. Some nationalities may require visas, so please check the immigration guidelines for both territories to confirm your requirements.

How long does a typical water taxi trip take?

Trip duration varies based on the route and sea conditions. Generally, journeys last between 30 minutes and one hour. We will provide an estimated travel time at the time of booking.

Can I bring luggage, and are there any limitations?

Yes, you may bring luggage on board. Standard-sized suitcases are welcome, though we kindly request advance notice for extra-large items or sporting equipment (e.g., surfboards or dive gear) to ensure proper accommodation.

Do you offer pick-up and drop-off services at hotels or airports?

We primarily operate from designated docks and marinas; however, we can often arrange land transportation to and from airports or hotels for a seamless transfer. Please share your travel details when booking.

What if my flight arrival time changes?

We strive to be flexible. If your arrival or departure time changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments to your reservation, subject to availability.

What if there’s bad weather on the day of my transfer?

Your safety is our highest priority. In cases of severe weather, we may need to adjust departure times, alter routes, or reschedule. We will work with you to find the best alternative solution.

How do I pay, and do you offer refunds or cancellations?
